Who we are
We exist because most AI transformations are solving the wrong problem.
Organisations are spending billions automating tasks while leaving the harder question untouched: how does work actually need to be redesigned for humans and AI to perform together?
That's the question Human × AI was built to answer.
The thinking behind the work
After two decades leading global transformations, scaling Coursera's enterprise business , running language learning platforms across 100+ markets, and advising leadership teams at Microsoft, Oracle, and NetApp, one pattern became impossible to ignore.
The organisations that fail at AI don't fail because of the technology. They fail because they treat AI as an upgrade to an existing system instead of a reason to redesign the system itself.
Strategy without governance fragments. Governance without execution stalls. And AI deployed into a broken operating model just accelerates the dysfunction.
Human × AI exists to close that gap, helping leaders build organisations where human judgment and machine intelligence are genuinely integrated, not just adjacent.
Who we work with
We partner with senior leaders , CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CHROs and leaders who are responsible for large-scale transformation and need a thinking partner who has sat in that seat.
Our work spans:
Enterprise AI strategy — translating AI ambition into operating model design
Governance & accountability frameworks — building decision rights that hold at scale
Workforce capability — designing learning systems that move with the organisation, not behind it
Executive advisory — a trusted outside voice when the stakes are high and the room is small
We work selectively. Depth over volume.
